did something silly! left lights on (side lights) locked car with remote fob (2 presses so deadlocked!) now battery flat and cant get into car with key to recharge battery, any suggestions.

There should be a conventional key within the keyfob. Press firmly on the Saab
emblem while pulling on the slotted part of the keyfob. You may have to
remove a black rubber plug on the keyhole at the door handle.

Have you tried getting into the car via the boot using the key as this should override the deadlock on this only with out any power then open the bonnet.

generally you can reach the bonnet catch with something like a steel ruler, you can then get access to the battery and connect up jump leads from a good vehicle. Expect any alarms fitted to go off as the battery charges.

if you are a member of R.A.C or AA or any of the others give them a ring first.
if not smash a window that is cheap and easily replaceable
